We spent two nights in the Studio Cabin, enjoying the seclusion, the tranquillity, and lovely views of Monmouth town and the surrounding hills and countryside.
A rustic hideaway gem, with a hot tub which was very clean, and which afforded daytime views and a window to the stars after dark.
Lovely private lawn for nude sunbathing on comfortable curved loungers.
Simon proved to be a friendly and engaging host, who was helpful and determined to help us make the most of our stay.

We stayed for a few nights in Simon & Ruth's cabin.
The views were spectacular. The cabin accommodated us very comfortably and we were able to self-cater perfectly well.
The highlight for us (as the weather wasn't conducive to taking advantage of the decking and comfy sofas) was the hot tub. We enjoyed our dips in there very much.
We also enjoyed strolling into Monmouth down the Offa's Dyke path and into town, which isn't very far at all.

The views from the cabin were stunning, the hot tub was wonderful and Simon and Ruth were great hosts. Some instructions for the induction hob would have been useful, but we got there in the end!
Highly recommended for fit guests who don't mind a lot of steps and can cope with technology.

We have just come back from a wonderful weekend In the log cabin..
The Sun was out on the Saturday and we had a lovely lazy naked chat on the decking.
Thanks to Ruth and Simon being marvellous hosts, and keeping the temperature of the hot tub just right.
The views are incredible and the Town is only a couple of mins away.
Anyone visiting will have a lovely time as long as you're ok getting up a few steps.
But once you're there, you'll be in for an incredible surprise with the mist, clouds
